How long and how many times a week is a typical session?
Sessions are 50 mins with most clients attending 1 to 2 sessions per week.
The duration of therapy varies based on each person's unique journey and personal goals. I work with each of my clients to empower them on their path to healing that ranges from several months to several years. This question can be further dicussed during our initial meeting.
What is the cost per session?
Please inquire directly about fees as they vary depending on the type of service (Talk Therapy, EMDR. Consultation, etc)
What is your cancellation policy?
I require 48 hours notice to cancel an appointment. Failure to give 48 hours notice will result in a full charge for the session.
Do you take insurance?
I am not in network with any insurance companies. I am happy to provide a monthly superbill for sessions which you can submit to your insurance company to request reimbursement. Reimbursement for out of network providers depends on your benefits and coverage
Good Faith Estimate
You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical and mental health care will cost.
Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the expected charges for medical services, including psychotherapy services.
You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency healthcare services, including psychotherapy services.
You can ask your health care provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule a service.
If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill. Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate.
